Our power control center monitors our system and is ready to handle outage situations. If you are a CCEC member and encounter a power outage, please call (701) 356-4499 or (800) 248-3292. One-Call Locating Service If you plan to dig, call the one-call locating service at 811 at least 48 hours before you dig. They will locate any underground facilities for you. Please have the specific location of the dig site, including  township, range, section and quarter section.
